Mark's triumph

Did a bunch of little stuff on this Triumph with a David Bird hardtail. Mounted the rear fender, oil tank, seat, taillamp. Fabbed a plate mount off the primary and reinforced the motor mounts. Nothing earth shattering but I think it's clean.

Till death do us part.....

Chopped down another one for a little stretch and chop job. 3" might be right on this one. It's an 83 ironhead sportster. This one is especially important to me as it used to be my bike. I rode it like I stole it. So much that I failed to keep oil in it and smoked the top end last year on my way back from DC. It was my old faithful. It always ran when my other bikes wouldn't. It was zip tied together and was unstopable till that day. I deserved to lose her. Till death do us part.

Tom has been good to her so far and now has hired me to rebuild her to what I always had in mind and never followed up on. The surgery has begun.
here she as I owned her and how she looked on the operating table tonight.

OOOoooooo! Nice Kawalski!!!

Got crack-a-lackin on this KZ400 in a 440 frame this week. I hope I can keep up the pace  and momentum I have rollin'. Yesterday morning this was half a frame and was looking like it was gonna be on my table for another week. Tonight I'm sitting on it making Vroom-Vroom noises. I don't where this spark to get it done came from. Maybe 'cause the Biltwell Bash was this last week and it looks like I missed one hell of a throw-down. Next year? Hmmmmm.

Triumph Hardtail

Just built this bolt-on hardtail section for a preunit Triumph. I used the customers old section as the model and reused his axle plates. The tubing on his old one was ground away over the years and too thin to be safe anymore. Some new .120 wall DOM tubing and a few bends saves another bike.

Mikey's CB350-Done!!

After being here for some time now, my time and Mikey's money have finally come together to finish this rockin' little CB350 racer. I rode it a bit today and really hate to let him have it now. It's one of the nicest rides I've ever had. So smooth and nimble. It felt like I was on a brand new bike. Oh well, off to it's new home.

Dan Tag's Cross Bones

Just finished up some work on this Cross bones for Dan Tag. Tag is a real cool cat and his bike needed to reflect that so we cleaned up the area under the hand tooled XIAN leather seat, fabricated an aluminum battery cover, sunk the computer module in the rear fender, and of course it got a fresh paint job by Ryzart. Tag will have no problem finding his custom bike in the sea of factory bikes at bike week.

Wake up West Coasters!!

You all have a week to get those bikes ready for The Bash! Get out there this weekend and finish those last minute welds, wire your lights, or fire up that rebuilt engine. The guys at Biltwell have been working overtime to make this event a reality so don't miss it and complain later that there are no cool events going on. That's my job to do back here in New Jersey. Now get going.

Nice!

This is the gas tank going on a bike I've been doing some work on. Ryzart is a fantastic painter. He can handle all your metal flake, lace, paneled, and whatever else you need, including the gold leaf you see hear. Check out his stuff at  www.ryzart.com

More pix of this and other bikes coming soon.
